I have worked for both a captive and independent agency. I have been through the transition of going captive to independent and understand the struggles of learning new systems and the overwhelming environment of trying to navigate the independent world. My role is to be your guide of learning where to place business and navigating both the direct and E&S systems. I have written and managed books of business from Farm/Ranch, Oilfield, Commercial Property, Home & Auto, and about everything in between.
